This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to all high-performance components, RTR parts, and SuperPRO suspension upgrades purchased directly through WOLF Developments (wolf-developments.com).

1. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Times: In-stock components are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If an item is on backorder or shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, we will contact you immediately with an estimated lead time.

Courier Services: We use trusted, tracked UK courier networks to ensure your high-value parts arrive safely. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Areas: We ship across Somerset, the wider UK, and international destinations by prior arrangement. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online parts order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] before the 14-day window expires.

If Your Order Has Already Dispatched: If you request a cancellation after your items have already been dispatched or shipped from our workshop, the shipment cannot be stopped in transit. You must allow the package to arrive, and you will be responsible for returning the unopened items to us.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer must cover all return shipping costs out of pocket for any cancellation made after dispatch. WOLF Developments does not pay for change-of-mind return courier fees. You have 14 days from your cancellation notice to return the items to our physical workshop in Wrington, Somerset.

3. Return & Refund Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, returned parts must meet the following strict safety and quality criteria:

Condition: Parts must be completely unused, uninstalled, and free from any grease, dirt, or tool marks.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged branded manufacturer packaging (e.g., original SuperPRO or RTR boxes/bags) with all components and instructions included.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is strictly responsible for the cost of returning items. We highly recommend using a recorded, insured delivery service, as WOLF Developments cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Exemptions

Bespoke & Custom Fabrications: Any parts machined, welded, or custom-fabricated specifically for your historic, classic, or motorsport vehicle cannot be returned or refunded.

Installed Parts: For strict safety reasons, any suspension bushing, component, or mechanical part that has been fitted or attempted to be installed onto a vehicle cannot be returned.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If a component arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence. Valid faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or fully refunded, including reasonable return postage costs.
