PART B: TERMS OF SERVICE & WORKSHOP RULES

By purchasing components from WOLF Developments or booking a vehicle into our facility, you agree to the following operational boundaries:

1. E-Commerce & Parts Supply

WOLF Developments acts as an authorized distributor on behalf of SuperPRO and RTR parts. Product warranties are subject to the specific terms set out by the respective manufacturers.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders based on parts availability or pricing updates from our suppliers.

2. Workshop & Restoration Services

Classic and historic vehicle restorations often reveal hidden structural corrosion, mechanical faults, or engineering complications. While we provide detailed initial estimates, final invoices will reflect the exact craftsmanship hours, machining, and parts required to safely complete the build. Additional high-value work will be authorized with the client beforehand.

*Right of Lien: WOLF Developments retains a strict legal right of mechanic's lien over any vehicle left at our workshop. Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding engineering, restoration, and parts invoices are settled in full.

*Premature Vehicle Release & Testing Waivers: WOLF Developments carries out rigorous diagnostic testing, component bedding-in, and safety road trials on all vehicles following mechanical work or parts installation. If a client requests or demands the release of their vehicle prior to the completion of our full, standard testing protocols, they do so entirely at their own risk. WOLF Developments accepts absolutely no liability for subsequent mechanical failure, performance issues, or safety incidents resulting from an incomplete testing phase. The client must sign a formal Liability Waiver before the vehicle will be released from our premises.

3. Secure Vehicle Storage Terms

*Insurance Requirement: While our Somerset vehicle storage facility is highly secure and double-gated, owners must maintain their own active comprehensive insurance policy covering fire, theft, and accidental damage for the vehicle's full market value at all times while in storage. WOLF Developments does not provide primary insurance coverage for client property.

*Access: Vehicle drop-offs or collection requests from our storage facility must be scheduled in advance.
